The staff are gr8: professional, really friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, they go beyond the usual retail relationships & they always remember my name & the names of my fur babies. Friendly staff. Good location. Store is a probably one of the smallest ones I have seen in both Queensland and Victoria. Fantastic parking. Good range of products. Suggest ordering online for a better seletion of products though or visting their location in Stafford.
