RACQ are great until you need to ask someone about a claim... don't bother ringing, you will be on hold for at least 45 minutes. Just go to a shop. The hold music will drive you nuts after the first 30 minutes.nI have pulled all my insurance from RACQ due to excessive time on hold.
Bridget and Zoe are great professionals and totally deserve 5 stars rating for their service. They are both knowledgeable and very quick and efficient in responding to my queries throughout my application. All the staff we met in the few visits we had to the bank were very friendly. Great experience dealing with RACQ Bank!
Friendly helpful staff but not enough available. I wanted to do a quick transaction and I had to wait for a while for a couple of sit down interviews that were occurring to complete. They did let me know I can do cash deposits through the post office rather than having to visit a branch.
