Home loan inquiry, consultant Chase du, Made me very uncomfortable, she wants to know which other bank I have spoken to and what they have offer, wants to know how much expenses for my kids nappies. She wants to know how come I don't take any meds and vitamin. Anyway approvel of loan, only 300k. But already pay $400 rent and $40k in bank of my savings. I have been with commonwealth over 12 years and she wants to know why I don't put my savings in bank. Made me very uncomfortable when she said she knows why I have come to commonwealth because you wants to get lender mortgage insurance which allowed to only 2 banks and commonwealth one of that. She makes me feel guilty all the time I was with her, felt like should leave in middle of meeting, Not recommending any one.

This commonwealth bank has the worse Customer service I’ve ever experienced , I was waiting for about one hour to see someone but nobody helped me. Highly recommend not going to this bank as I’ve had the worse experience as a customer there.

Pleased to see CBA investing in fossil fuels. When the wind doesn't blow and the sun doesn't shine we still need fossil fuels to make sure all those greenies can have their mobile phones charged and sit and watch netflix or plan their next protest with the lights on. Congratulations CBA.nOh, your staff are awesome, Kelly in particular!!!!
