horrible . Every scheduled appointment I make is always 15+ minutes late. I’m currently sitting waiting my appointment is meant to be at 9:30am it’s now 10:10 am I highly recommend you find another practice for your teeth.

I had a set of retainers made by Bright Smiles with their 3D laser scanner. It was a very simple and quick process and much more enjoyable than the usual process where they take a mould. My appointment was on the Monday and my retainers were ready for collection on Wednesday. They also gave me the 3D printed model of my teeth in case I needed to get retainers made again at a later date. The clinic was comfortable and Dr Tai was very friendly and happy to explain everything that he was doing. He seems like he genuinely enjoys his work and helping his patients.

I'd only had my braces on for 2 + 1/2 weeks, but almost every time I ate food, the bottom right wore would come completely out of the back bracket. Travelling down to Bunbury to spend the weekend, after going out for lunch it had come out let again so I went to Bright Smiles and had one Dr. Benjamin Tai help and completely fix it. I've had no problems like that since. He explained everything thoroughly, especially the difference between the wire I had and the new one he placed in, why they used a stronger and think alloy, why he burned the ends. He explained it and answered all of my questions, and also didn't even charge what it would normally cost. Truely a good man, in a good place, helping people. I do 100% recommend Bright Smiles, Bunbury.

Sorry for the long review but it’s an honest review: Worst experience ever. Agree with the other reviewers. Please read all the 1 star reviews they are all right. I wanted to get some quotes for my daughter to weigh up costs for continued brace treatment v removing her existing brace after migrating to Bunbury. I was promised the orthodontist could help me. They took $50 holding fee for appointment which was initially ok with me. I provided all signed forms and medical history from previous dentist including x rays etc, orthodontist had been given this prior to the initial consultation as requested by bright smiles... consultation was meant to cost another $80 (130 total cost) which again was fine. We got there was seen 15mins late. The real problems hadn’t even begun until we were seen by the rudest arrogant so called “professional” I have ever encountered. Now this review is my honest opinion: He didn’t listen to me and what I wanted for my daughter. We wanted to know options regarding if we should continue brace treatment or remove the brace. Also costs involved. He spoke 1+ hour almost non stop barely giving me a chance to talk. He kept giving me useless terminology and telling me things I didn’t need to know. It was worse than Reading a text book. overwhelming overpowering and overkill. I am an educated person by reasonable extent though not a dental expert. Even my 11 year old couldn’t stand it in the end. But polite as I am I thought he’d eventually get to the point but alas no and continued to be rude throughout and dragged the appointment out to get maximum money out of my pocket. I am a very patient and shy person he took advantage of us and forced us to pay for extended consultation at $155 even thought it was him that caused such an unreasonably lengthy consultation and had the cheek to tell me appointment took longer than he normally spends. I was pressured to pay the money and have emailed to request refund received a nonsense response and emailed again explaining why I would like a refund no response. We got nothing out of our consultation and was promised quotes but was robbed and told to go elsewhere. Felt completely Conned. First time happened to me in my life. I was shocked and very upset. My daughter started her treatment by another dentist in the uk who is lovely and I’ve been seeing since I was a child. This orthodontist downgraded his work and made inappropriate comments to my daughter about her appearance. I note the good reviews (and this is why we came here), BIG REGRET...however I believe this orthodontist has something against taking on kids who have started treatment in another country. My honest advice - AVOID If could give 0 star I would. Also they refused to delete my child’s pictures from their system after I found out they conned me. I’m going through a complaint process with an official organisation. I was targeted and don’t want it happening to another innocent person. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. ***Also If you are genuinely sorry at all bright smiles; please refund me as I am still waiting.***

What a great experience going to meet Ben at Bright Smiles. Technology has certainly come along way and Ben explains everything not just to me but to our daughter in a way she could understand and make an informed decision of what to do. Would thoroughly recommend Bright Smiles and Ben.
