Were great until the roof leaked. They came back to look at it but didn't put the effort it to fix it. Ended up having to pay someone else to do the job!

We engaged Jones Roofing for our renovation. Lee was punctual and professional, providing his assessment of our roof and recommendation without the use of jargon and in plain English. We took Lee’s advice to replace the roof. His quote arrived promptly via email following the on-site assessment. Questions were answered promptly by him or Jenny, and our job locked in in no time. Jenny and Lee took all the hard work out of our job. Once booked in, they took care of everything. All we had to do was choose what colour Colourbond we wanted. While the job took a little longer than quoted, this had no impact on our timeline. The extra time was worth it too, as the new roof looks fantastic. We couldn’t be more pleased. Throughout the whole process, Jenny kept us up-to-date and was happy to answer any questions. Lee, Jenny and their team were friendly and accommodating. I would not hesitate to recommend them or book them again for any future work.

I recently needed to have my entire roof replaced and decided to engage Jones Roofing to carry out the work. The owners, Lee & Jenny, were very professional and courteous at all times, and explained the process clearly from start to finish. The cost was competitive, the roofing job was done quickly, and my yard was left looking very clean and tidy at the end. Best of all, the finished product looked amazing!
