I walked into the clinic unable to move my upper body as my shoulders and neck had locked up. I walked out able to move and almost pain free. Rosemary is a physio who gives hands on treatment rather than 5 minutes of treatment then 25 minutes of talking to you about the exercises you need to do for your treatment. She is a miracle worker. Can not recommend her highly enough.
