The initial phone call was very informative and it was reassuring to be told that if we decided not to go ahead with procedures on the spot, that the follow-up appointment wouldn't be an additional charge. We did go ahead with the same-day procedure and it was so easy to have our dog admitted and cared for all within the one appointment. Our vet Bec was very professional and informative, and I could tell that our dog was going to be treated with great care. There were updates along the way and a very detailed handover and take-home notes. Bec also was very careful to ensure that insurance would cover expenses which was hugely appreciated. All in all, a wonderful experience with follow-up phone calls to check in post-operatively. Highly recommended!
