I appreciate Centenary Yoga so much, the instructors are skilled & bring yoga philosophy to life in the classes. My favourite classes are the Restorative Yoga classes held on the last Sunday of every month, complete with musicians. If you are looking for a new yoga studio I recommend this one.

I love doing classes with Lucky on Tuesday morning so much fun. Very informative and if you have any injury she will accommodate you. The ladies in the clas are wonderful to and the occasional men that turn up.

A peaceful yet energetic yoga experience in a large hall at Sinnamon Park. Plenty of room and really experienced friendly yoga teachers. Day and evening sessions. I keep choosing this yoga experience over others in my local area. Worth a try! I’ve made great friendships too.
