All these 1 star reviews are people who are salty and think they are better than everyone else. I had a great banking experience at Mt Ommaney CBA and just wanted to say thank you to the staff and bank manager. They were of great assistance to me issuing a bank cheque for me and updating my signature. They showed care and experience, and I’ll be back again at this branch. Happy banking!

Nothing short of a joke.nnI don't blame any of the people who work in CBA, but honestly, I'm 6 weeks later, 3 branch visits inc with 2 business specialists and about a day of phone calls (and counting) to setup a business account. Oh and I'm still waiting on the card which was ordered (apparently) in the branch.nnBut I just called up, and after 40 minutes on hold ...the card wasn't properly ordered so my business is now delayed another 2 weeks for that. Awesome.nnAny other company would have been out of business years ago with reviews and service like this ...its insane, honestly, that these are the companies that we trust our money and super with.

Worst experience i ever had in my 13 years with comm bank . This lady was so rude while setting up my new business account. Never ever at this branch again!!

Went there to start a business account because i need an eftpos machine to my business and was told to come back with an appointment because they are about to closing time and was still 3 pm .
