Chemist Warehouse Toowong

Very poor customer service they do all the time, every time I go for prescribe medication they took 30-40 minutes to serve the medication sometimes it’s reach an hour. Where the staff talking and smiling behind the counter. Also funny thing is that if I go to doctor they don’t take even 30 minutes and have to wait get medicine for an hour hilarious service. They show us they are more important then a doctor, poor management they should look on to it. To serve a customer shouldn’t take more then 5-10 minutes.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I ventured in today looking for supplements for my 3 year old daughter, by the direction of my GP. The lady behind the counter was completely condescending when I asked for advice on dosage. I left the store confused, upset and determined never to set foot in that establishment ever again. If I could rate any less than one star, I would.

Definitely my go to pharmacy for anything from buying a lipstick to getting my flu shots (actually not on this branch, only in the city). The prices are always great and constant half priced sales so I can stock up with different things every time.

With cheap prescriptions you get cheap staff. After waiting more than 30 mins for a script I enquired to be told I had never lodged it with them. At a later point I parked in their staff parking by accident, which they told me was a frequent problem. When I tried to apologise for not reading the sign correctly due to poor eyesight their staff member called me liar.

I had a really great experience today with the team at Toowong. The pharmacist Yaw walked to the other side of the store and personally handed me my script when it was ready. The staff were also very helpful when purchasing fragrances during the limits of covid-19. This really redeemed chemist warehouse for me as I have had rubbish service from both pharmacies in Ipswich recently and I have never had a bad experience in Toowong. Thank you :)
