Great atmosphere, very good teachers and way more than just asana. This is an authentic and holistic yoga studio. I highly recommend it.

This place is an oasis. If you feel out of sorts, or out of place, go along to one of the deep peace meditation classes, then there's a selection of Asana classes for the body, but my favourite is the kirtan... Musical interactive and mind-blowing. Talking of mind-blowing the workshops and meditation courses are packed with stunning information that really impacts on how one sees life... In a positive way!

Words can hardly express my gratitude to be able to attend ASYM west end. The centre is beyond a yoga studio, it provides greater learning around meditation techniques and welcomes you in to kirtan evenings. The space is divine in its peaceful ambiance. The teachers are wonderful, kind and knowledgeable. The school offers training in deeper learning about the spirit, for donations often. Do not forget to make the donation if you can, as they give so much for free to people. Love.

This is the best place for meditation. I love it. The whole experience is amazing. They have a lot of different programs, so something for everyone. Thanks guys!
