Best workout I have done in a long time! I found it more beneficial than when I was doing PT! James is so great and teaches you so much during the sessions! I've signed up for 12 months! :):) Bring on the transformation!
Great addition to the gym offering. Really enjoy the challenge of the classes run by James and feel great being a part of and getting through a class! Keep it going!
