Cincotta chemist is one of the better chemists around. Given that the service in the broad majority isn’t great it is easy to spot a good one. The head pharmacist is exceptional, I’ve visited him for scripts, advice and even had a form signed and sighted. They’re very busy, very fast paced and if you have a little patience the service is exceptional.

When I asked one of the staff for a flu vaccine summary to submit to my school, she kept asking only if I had a medicare number. And Im a student without a medicare card.nnShe said like 'when I filled out your details for the vaccine, i was asking you about Medicare but said you weren't.' And also said very rudely that she cannot offer summary without a Medicare number.nnHowever, other staff told us that it is possible to provide summary without a Medicare number.nnHer answer was 'ah, is it?'nYes, that was the end.nShe seemed to blame me, was rude, and seemed very annoying.nnI was with my mother, who doesn't speak English well, and this flu vaccine was for my mother. But I'm not sure if my mother had been alone, she would have been able to receive her summary (in this communication and service).nnI was very disappointed with the attitude of the staff, I'm not sure if I'll visit this camist again.

Wow. I have never encountered such a rude staff member in my whole life. Fiona was completely ruthless in her passive aggressive bullying of a customer. I came in seeking guidance and she was the most horrible encounter I’ve ever experienced. I left the store shaking and almost in tears. Well done. Never again will I come here.

I would like to thank Cat who spent a long time answering my questions and gave me advice on many products to help. She has a warm personality and genuinely listened to me. She even gave me some samples to take home which I appreciate. I will be coming to Cincotta Chemist again soon ud83dude01
