Chemist Warehouse Indooroopilly

My wife attended the store with script from specialist. The young man at counter was extemely rude and loud in stating that it was an illegal script and made my wife feel like a criminal. The chemist then looked at script and also stated it was an illegal forgery. I had them call my specialist who confirmed the script, but this chemist argued and would not accept what he was told. My wife was refused service and supply of normal, standard anti-biotics (i wasnt aware of an illegal demand for these).nOur specialist and a partner in a large medical firm was outraged that his integrity was called i to question and my wife is appalled at being treated like a criminal. I will never shop at a chemist warehouse again and will ensure that everyone i know is aware of this despicable practice.nI did call the Indooroopilly store but was unable to be put in contact with a manger or the chemist.nI will be submitting official complaint

Pleasant staff, and plenty of space in case cramped aisles stress you out. Parking isn't great, so my advice? They've got pretty extensive hours, so go early or later in the afternoon. At peak times, parking in lot or in local streets can be scarce. (And be sure to avoid school pick-up hours, as this is in the middle of the Bermuda Triangle for drivers, thanks to so many schools in the area.)

Competitive pricing for personal needs and medication and generally find what I'm after, unfortunately it's been met with subpar customer service. Each time I need a script (which is rare) I've got a middle aged woman that always seems like she hates her job and is mad at the world. I'm not even sure why she still has a job with her abysmal customer service skills. If you don't like dealing with customers then go and find a different career. It's no surprise that you'll have people that are unwell coming in and the last thing they need is to be spoken to in a condescending manner. I won't be returning to this store.

I called this place twice, both times a guy named Wayne hanged up on me. Very rude he didn't want to bother to check the items I was asking for, forcing me to go all the way there, 45 min drive.

I wonder at all the negative feedback. I have been dealing with this pharmacy for years and I have only once had the bad experience of waiting a long time only to be told they didn't have the prescription item I needed. Apart from that once, I have had great service with hundreds of interactions over many years. The pharmacists and other staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Thanks guys.
