I am blown away with the kindness and generosity at this store. My husband and I were speaking to each other about how we could afford much and I ended up walking outta the store in tears because I was so touched! They are also always so lovely to our dog and so genuine when they chat to us

Today we shopped for the all equipment and food that we would need for our new puppy that we would be picking up next week. We went in with a basic list of our needs and walked out with way more than we were expecting both from items we purchased and the advice we received.nnEden was extremely helpful, friendly and honest. She gave us excellent advice on dog hygiene, nutrition, crate training and dog toys. She gave us realistic and honest feedback on dog food brands and treats. On top of spending about hour just helping us, she ensured we got the best prices possible by applying whatever discounts available and gave us all the free samples of dog treats and foods she could find. Concurrently to the shop, she gave us invaluable advice on how to train and properly care for our dog. She had the credibility to back this up as one of the puppy school trainers.nnOverall, she was able to give us a discount from $850 down to $550. She also advised to take out items we wouldn't necessarily need specifically for a puppy which saved us even more. Thanks Eden for the great service.

Great store! Super conveniently located. The staff are always super lovely and friendly and go above and beyond. Thanks to one of the lovely staff members she helped me find my dogs favourite treat and for that I am so thankful. Despite being more on the expensive side compared to other pet shops I still shop here due to the convenient location and the great staff.
