Simple terminal. Comfortable enough to get you where you need to go. Architecturally very dated.

I would like to say a thank you to the two staff members who were on the train when I was coming back to Bunbury recently from Perth at how the male staff member quickly referred me his female superior (Both names I am sorry, but I do not remember their names) when I informed them of a very crudely carved swastika on the hand rail in the second carriage and showed her where it was and was pleased to hear how it would be reported and removed ,,, if only peoples attitude towards racial hatred could be so easily dealt with I believe the world would be a better place. Thank you and well done to the two staff members I mentioned for you help.

This complaint is with regard to the lack of available communication set up for customers and interested parties dealing with country bookings havlng access to a line of contact in times of need ie cancelations and options to re book due to unforseen circumstances. For county traveller's Perth to bunbury departure times are after the transwa office closes. I feel this unprofessional and in great need of correcting to parallel the state of the times in which we live.. A show of ignorance for customers & O/S tourists needing this service and care who have been relying on support of this service finding as I did does not exist.. This is a personal observation as a customer of this service ''trans.wa Australind train country service.."

On November 12, 2019 the evening train from Perth was 2.5 hours late arriving. No-one at the station to inform thoes waiting to meet passengers of the delay and no way of finding out the ETA. Very poor show by Railway authorities.
