Awesome customer service....no doubt I will be coming here for my next reno. Showing the selection and assisting with my measurements and suggesting accurate quantity was the best part of the service....and not to forget, timely delivery as promised.

Had such a fantastic experience dealing with Beaumont. We were greeted by multiple staff when we entered, even though they were busy. The staff were friendly, attentive & helpful. We will definitely be back. Particular mention to Jake who has been extremely helpful with the purchase of our tiles & more than happy to help out as well! Great service - thank you!

Looks like they are in wrong business. Last two visits for flooring tiles ideas was good and staff was really helpful but yesterday I went again with my family for my bathrooms tiles selection ideas and it was horrible experience with customer service. He told me that they are very busy in weekends so come in weekdays. In whole shop they are only another two customer with 3 staff and I got only two question about the tile colour. He was rude and got very attitude. I never go back again at Woolloongabba Branch rather I go with Beaumont Tiles Bowen Hills Branch. I had a good experience with Bowen Hills staff. Thanks

Excellent service. Simone was extremely helpful and within a short period of time we had purchased everything we needed for our entire bathroom. Follow up service was also fantastic - when we required some items earlier than delivery date for our plumber, we were able to get what was needed. Delivery date was on schedule. A great experience.
