I’m continually positively impressed by this studio. The environmental energy is really clear and warm and focussed. Each instructor delivers something unique and in each class I’ve attended there’s a real sense of tuning in to the energy of the time... there’s a fineness of sensibility and intention I’ve yet to find in other environments. Highly recommended.

I had a Reiki treatment from practitioner Nica. It was a most wonderful and beneficial experience. Nica's professionalism and knowledge combined with incredible healing hands elevated my mood, calmed my mind and reset my perspective on my current life situation. I left Indigo Soul and Nica's 1 hour Reiki treatment with a renewed sense of purpose. I will definitely make this a regular element of my holistic health plan. Thank you Nica, see you again!

Absolutely love the vibe here! From the moment you walk in you feel welcomed - from the gorgeous ladies that run Indigo to the practice rooms and the small touches in the sauna space! The intro package is a great way to check out all that the space and practitoners there have to offer! I love the sauna & yoga classes! Congratulations ladies! Can't wait to see what 2020 brings!

I went to Indigo Soul for the first time ever today to do a reiki session with Nica. The space is beautiful inside and the session with Nica was amazing! I've been super stressed these last few weeks and it was exactly what I needed. She paid special attention to my problem areas and gave me fantastic advice. Can't wait to visit again!

I joined Indigo last year in September and can truly say it is the best yoga studio I have ever visited. Well equipped, offering so many different classes and seminars and there is an amazing infrared sauna! I tried majoriry of the classes and made some of them my regulars. Everyone is really welcoming, teachers are real professionals and the whole place has a great, relaxed vibe.
