From start to finish the service and products used were outstanding. Bill did an excellent job installing our outdoor roller shutters which are fully remote controlled and look very impressive. Everyone at the Modern Group was friendly, efficient and professional. We now have peace of mind when we go away. We are so happy we chose the Modern Group. They are a trusted brand and their workmanship is highly professional. We have also ordered the plantation shutters for inside the house!

My experience with Modern has been a very positive one at all stages. The installer Richard was extremely polite and professional both at measure and installation. He was very reliable and rang me to verify his arrival time something a lot of tradesmen don't bother doing. The plantations shutters look amazing and are of very good quality. The company has followed up to check that I am happy with their product. I would highly recommend their services.

What an amazing change!!! The shutters look fabulous and make the room look so much bigger. Installation was a breeze and the shutters fit perfectly. The installer took great care to remove all the packaging and vacuumed up. Excellent service all round. Thank you Modern, you have transformed our living area.

From the first call to the sales person that came out to see us. To the guys that measured all the blinds. The service was great.nMy wife and I purchased 17 plantation blinds and 1 roller shutternThe sales person contact HO to get our special deal. The roller shutter went on in 3 weeks. The office team and the installer were greatnIt was the plantation blinds that we have had issues with.nWe were originally advised 6-7 weeks that was stretched out to 8-9 week but I had to ring to find out what was happening.nThen it was stretched out to 11 weeks again I had to call them to find out what is going on.nNow they are installed and they look great but at the time I spoke to one of the managers to say if the presales was this bad what about the after sale if I have a problem. He had said they would be looked after by another division.nThe problem is one on the blinds stopped closing after a week and not we have been waiting 2 weeks to find out what is going on. Not good formnI will keep you informed on how things are going and update my review

We had plantation shutters installed in our living and media rooms.nnThe process was very easy. A representative came to our home after hours to show us their quality product, a couple of days later an installer came out to double check measurements and a few weeks later the same installer came back to fix our new shutters to the windows which was done surprisingly quick.nnWe will definitely keep Modern in mind for future projects.nnThank you Modern Group Queensland!
