Phone staff are inexperianced and when I asked for another sales person with more experiance I was told I was being rude what a joke. I'll just take my buisness else where from now on Scott's metal were great and knew exactly what a slip sheet was.
Have been a plumber for 45years QSM products are well made and their flashings and other specific orders are always accurate and according to specifications.They are however very expensive and give no discount for trade.They shifted location several years ago.Change of address and change of attitude.When dealing with office staff l feel quite patronised some times.their orders are always completed on time, but they are expensive.No rewards here for a tradie who knows his stuff.Where possible l send my customers to them,they pay the same price and don’t mind being treated as a nescessary distraction.Me? I can’t be arsed being tolerated by front office staff while paying top dollar.The sheeties and general hands are cheerful souls despite the “frontline defenders “
Poor customer service , purchased some roofing and they provided the wrong Colour except for 1 sheet sitting on the top which was correct, even though my client agreed to take the new Colour i have had no further communication from the sales dept., this was a first time purchase and i wont be using them for any future works . Really disappointing
