Highly recommended physio! Game Time's staff knowledge is tremendous. I had a shoulder injury that just wouldn't go away. Aaron is great! He changes focus from the pain point to the structural issue. My back and neck feel amazing after a few weeks of the online shoulder program, coupled with treatment. The app programs are brilliant!

It was explained to me by Gary at Game Time Physiotherapy that the exercises he gave me (after plenty of explanation) would make the difference if practised regularly.nHe did some massage/manipulation, but really doing my bit would slowly improve my problem.nGary was very professional & clear with instruction.nThe Centre also gave on time, helpful service......a pleasure to visit!

Went to game time physiotherapy to get looked at my shoulder. It has been a couple of months now and the problem is already completely gone. I also love the app, it will give you reminders at the time you want to be reminded, and full explanation of the exercises. Definitely recommended!

If you have older kids in competitive sports, they are also great for adolescent athletes, to help manage their development and nutrition.
