Chemist Warehouse Kedron

I have had scripts filled at this particular store several times. It would appear that certain staff are very biased against certain genders. Tonight I watched my scripts be placed in the 20 minute pigeon hole while when the ones above were empty. The staff member said it would be 15 minutes. 55 minutes later I was still waiting and most of the people after me had their scripts and left. When I queried the delay, the girl (same one that took my scripts) said she would check. She didn’t as she went and collected another script that was ready for dispatch. Another girl served me as I was still at the counter waiting. She gave me the update. It is not the first time I have been left hanging, when others around me receive the Gold star treatment. In my opinion it is clear bias! However there is no way to hold certain staff accountable, an this allows their personal bias to continue. Not acceptable in the current environment.

this specific chemist warehouse is actual dogwater. i've been going here 3 months now for my script and 2/3 times they haven't had my script, and/or there's another issue that results in me having to run around, when really my dissatisfaction could be avoided by simply making sure that COMMON and NECESSARY medication is always kept stocked. thanks ☺ufe0f

Great service ever Amber the young tall girl who works there is fantastic at her job brilliant customer service skills

Not expecting too much here, but at a minimum the guy who served us should have greeted us. Instead silence and further more would not provide a required cold bag for medication.
