Absolutely amazing customer service. Can't recommend this store enough. I have been served by Kalen and Sonia and both experiences were very pleasant.

I have visited this chemist a few times when I’m in the area and I have always had such a positive experience. The staff, especially the pharmacists, are super lovely and always ready to help.

Terry white never fails to provide rude staff. I came in here, asked for a free product, the chemist lady didnt look happy at all just seemed like she didnt want to give it to me and she handed it over and i said thank you. I waited for her to say something or even just smile so i could then ask about another product that i was actually going to purchase but no she had the most angry look on her face and there was no customer service coming from her. She didnt say anything she just walked away. I left and im not coming back here i get treated far better at chemist warehouse than i do at this hole. Dont shop here theres better pharmacies out there with great customer service you are better off giving them ur money. Oh and this isnt the first time terry white has rude staff hahahaha

Alex has been an amazing support during a difficult time for health. The pharmacists and staff are professional and provide honest advice. They have areas of expertise and will always ask other staff members or pharmacist if they are unsure about any matter. Great service. Parking under cover and close to transport. Inside the recently renovated shopping centre with a wide variety of supermarkets and speciality stores.

It's my local but I'll never get a script filled here again. I take a monthly medication which costs $30 for the generic, yet $20 elsewhere - that's $120 more a year. Don't drive but will go out of my way to avoid paying 50% extra on a generic script.
