Duty of Care Chemist

I just had a vaccination at this chemist and I am impressed. This reminds me of how pharmacies used to be back in the day when they focused on giving patients detailed medical and drug information instead of a shopping experience. If you want proper pharmaceutical information and excellent medical care this is the place for you.

Very friendly and helpful pharmacists. They always take the time to make sure my medication combos are still working as they should be, as well as have a friendly chat.

EVERYTHING YOU REALLY WANT IN A PHARMACYnThis Pharmacy is by no means a large franchise chemist stocked chock-a-block full of stuff that you really don’t need but this is a pharmacist that gives you the individual care and attention that you do.nWhen you want the individual care and attention by well versed pharmacist that truly care about your well-being then this is the place to go!nThey spend the time getting to know you and your individual medication and medical care with attention that is truly honest and very sincere.nI only wish I had of found them when I first moved into the area as they’re only 20 m from my home – my bad!nNow having found them, I know that I’m in good hands and not left to wait for ages in queues while pharmacist chat about the weather knowing that you’re standing there in pain waiting for someone......anyone to serve you!nThese wonderful pharmacists greet you the moment you walk in and even if they’re busy they at least acknowledge you and it’s not long before they’re with you and helping you with all of your needs and nothing is too big or too small to ask of them.nThey have heaps of off street parking right out the front at the strip mall on Hamilton Road Wavell Heights and I promise, you won’t regret changing to this pharmacist if you want that old-fashioned service and CARE that pharmacies used to give.nI want to personally thank them for taking me on such short notice when I was left standing waiting to be served for 17 minutes at Chemist Warehouse Virginia and I arrived at Duty of Care still crying after what occurred and they were more than happy to help and now, I have by far the best pharmacists that truly do care about each and every customer, not how many hundreds of people they can serve and sell make up, perfume, shoes and overpriced face masks too!nThank you Duty of Care pharmacy, you guys are wonderful!♥ufe0f

I rang to order a script, I then received two calls the first to let me know it hadn’t come in from the supplier and confirming when I needed it by. The second call was to let me know they weren’t able to get it when I needed it by but they had rung a competitor and I could get it from there. Thank you so much you knew what was important to me and worked to that. I will definitely be visiting again.

Excellent service.nnI have contacted this pharmacy a few times and spoken to Jason, he is very knowledgeable and willing to provide extra information to your queries.nnI have a 3 month old baby and have asked multiple questions regarding thrush and things to give your child while flying and he is straight to give you so much information.nnQuite a small pharmacy however it's worth the trip there first to see if they have what you need.
