Petbarn Newstead

I was so impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff when I recently visited Newstead Petbarn. A special mention to one of the team members Marcus on his work ethic and bright happy engaging personality. He went above and beyond in looking after us and assisting us with everything we needed. We will definitely be back to this store.

Great staff, sensory overload for the dog with so many treats available, good shop well stocked

My wife and I regularly visit this Petbarn. We love going here and taking our spoodle to get groomed. He has been to many other grooming salons but he absolutely loves seeing Leah here. Being a relatively new but smaller store, we find it easy to buy the things we need and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

Service it’s AMAZING, Staff also, and the company always care about our pets but unfortunately I’ve been 4-5 times tried to get a service with the groomer and ALWAYS she/he are not in the place.n1. Because it’s sickn2. I came at 4:00 one of these days. and because was quiet he/she left 30min earlyn3. Because it’s not at the place.nEtc etc ect.nnAny ways I just gonna keep the good service. But I recommend that the grooming service could be better next time.

It's a handy location but the shared carpark with Bunnings makes it a bit stressful if you bring along the pooch. Can get quite busy.
