DOGUE Bulimba

Very happy with the service. Matt was very friendly

Took our dog to Dogue Bulimba for her regular groom. Brought pup home and she couldn't open her eye. Gently opened her eye and was bright red and very sore looking. Took pup to emergency vet as it didn't settle and seemed to be getting worse. 2 hours and a $320 vet bill later, vet said that there was shampoo in her eye which had very badly irritated it. Wrote to Dogue to let them know and received no response. Second time we've had an issue with our groom and have had poor customer service both times. Won't be going back.

Visiting from Sydney for the holidays with my 8-month old Pomeranian in tow, and needed to find somewhere reliable with experience grooming Poms in a traditional style (scissor clip all over). Could not be happier with the service I received (both while booking the session, and upon arrival at the salon - shout out to Matt at reception), and am very pleased with the resulting cut. Pepé looks very smart, thank you Dogue Bulimba!

The staff are lovely and seem to take good care of my hound. Generally they do an excellent job. During my last is it they seem to rush the groom resulting in a poor groom and appearance. We tried to contact them twice to express our concerns but have not received a reply. Prior to this I would have recommended Dogue, but unfortunately I now unable to due to the poor customer service and inability to rectify their mistakes.

Great team that seem to care more for my pets than I do. Always great, friendly service
