PETstock Clayfield

Went in there to find a soft Kong collar for my dog, decided not to mention I work at petbarn & have professionally worked with animals for over 5 years. I was treated so poorly by the grumpy old lady, she didn’t help me at all, just kept insisting I was wrong even though she didn’t ask ANY details about my animal or what/why I needed it. She treated me like I was absolutely clueless even though I was asking all the right questions. She also couldn’t even tell me where to get a plastic cone from other than a vet (there are plenty of other places you can purchase them from). Very uninformed and rude.

Easy to get to store Good discounts when there on Staff are friendly I buy my dog biscuits from here Good dog wash under used so when your dog needs a bath head to Clayfield Petstock

They have never had advertised items in stock when I call or go to the store. I live just around the corner and with a new kitten from the RSPCA, I selected a litter tray advertised by Pet-no-stock, called and was told none instore - Just under an hour return trip, I brought the item home from the Keperra store.nPet-no-stock advertised Hills Indoor Kitten food on special in 3.17kg bags, so I went around to get some only to be told they had none of the Hills Indoor Kitten Food AT ALL.nI give up !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The staffs are very friendly and they gave my dogs a fresh new look for the new year. Will definitely be back.
