Really happy with this company. I got a great deal on a good quality safe. Russell was the guy that helped me with my purchase, he made it very easy for me due to his in-depth knowledge of the product and with safes in general. I did as much research as I could and shopped around at a few different shops, I found Queensland Safe Co. To be the most helpful with great price for good quality :)

Staff were very helpful and knew their products. Highly recommend if you need a quality safe.

I attempted on multiple occasions to purchase a firearms safe from Northside Locksmiths aka Queensland Safe Co, I was looking at CMI safes suitable for my application which were priced in excess of $2500.nnInitially I went to their showroom to get some information and prices, I was told Russell was the person to talk to as he looked after that side of the business, but he was 'in a meeting and unavailable' so another employee attempted to assist me as best he could.nnI did some of my own research by contacting CMI safes directly, to which I received a reply within 24 hrs. The following day I called Northside Locksmiths aka Queensland Safe Co and asked to speak to Russell who was 'unavailable' yet again. I left the details of the safe I wanted to purchase and my contact details once again and was told Russell would contact me.nnA week past and I still hadn't received a reply, I decided to go back in to the showroom. Arriving at 4pm I asked for Russell, and was told he would be down in a minute. Whilst waiting, another customer entered the showroom to pick up a safe he had purchased. A few minutes later Russell came downstairs and brought out the customers safe. He spent approximately 30 mins with this customer whilst I sat waiting patiently no more than 2 metres away. Russell ignored me this entire time. After finishing with the customer, Russell raced straight past me and upstairs, grabbed his keys and like a spineless coward ducked out a side door and disappeared, leaving one of the other employees to come out and let me know 'I was out of luck today'.nnAfter waiting nearly an hour I walked out in absolute disgust.nnMay I suggest Northside Locksmiths aka Queensland Safe Co that you invest in training other staff members in the selling of safes, as Russell clearly hasn't got the integrity to sell your products.nnAdditionally I feel really sorry for CMI safes who seem to produce quality products but chose the wrong company to distribute them.
