I just spoke to a David Douglas accountant over the phone to inquire about their services. The accountant on the phone showed stunningly appalling customer service attitude, did not seem interested in getting any business at all and was unable to provide details on their services available. He was also completely unable to listen to my specific service/information needs, instead he was asking for my surname right at the beginning. Bizarre!! He could have had my business - I was willing to spend some money. Instead, what I got a presumptuous attitude and rudeness at the end.
