This isn't a gym.. it's a fitness community! In the 15 years that I've been working out, I've never experienced anything like what Dav & Rob have cultivated, and I'm so glad to be a part of it. If you're here trying to decide whether you should give it a go, take this as a sign to do just that :)

Incredible gym right in the heart of Nundah. The owners and all of the trainers are very supportive and there is an amazing community of members. Perfect for all levels of fitness. Highly recommend!

Rob and Davina are some of the best trainers on Nundah. This Gym is the best quality in the area. From rehab to elite fitness they have you covered.

VERY convenient to home. The owners Rob and Dav have welcomed me to the family with open arms and have allowed me to train whilst my little dude sleeps or chills on the ground. I absolutely LOVE the no EGO vibe and everyone is super motivating.
