F45 Training Nundah

I have been going to F45 in Nundah for over 3 years, it’s a fantastic community and great gym. Gee & Tilly and the trainers all push you to achieve great results. It has a real community atmosphere about it, very welcoming!! Would highly recommend to anyone

The ability to integrate such a positive, supportive environment in to my daily routine has changed my outlook and I genuinely look forward to my sessions.
