The ladies behind the deli are always lovely and helpful. Often keeping me a serving of the Woolies roast beef as they can be hard to come by.

I was really shocked to over hear an older women at the checkouts with short grey hair (looked like the store manager) demanding one of the junior staff members;nn“those bloody dirty aboriginal kids are back stealing again in isle 2 for the 4th time this week, make sure you check there bags on their way out and don’t let them get away with it!!”nnCouldn’t believe my ears, really shocking. You would think a simple call to security would be enough without the racial slurs and putting pressure on a young ‘check out chick’

Great location for Woolies. Good underneath parking and COVID control practice is very good. I was reminded by a staff to keep 1.5 mtr distance when waiting in the billing area. Very good!

Staff don't seem customer focussed. Used baskets left on the counter for customers to remove so they can put their groceries down. Not inline with Covid.nStaff focussed on other issues and not the customer right in front of them. Poor service.nnStaff don't seem friendly like in other stores.nOnline ordering often sends old garlic, fruit and vegetables should be carefully selected!!! Products ordered are sometimes replaced with another item as they don't have stock, very frustrating.nSale items are often not in stock for online ordering.
