Professional front start to end, Dr Siva leads from the front by example which is born our in his excellent caring staff. The work is second to none with attention to detail at every stage. My sons braces came off today and he now has a perfect smile, he was chuffed. As a parent o couldn't have asked for more... Cheers.....

Great service, with a very knowledgeable and caring orthodontist and very proficient and friendly staff. Mine was a complex case, as an adult patient in my thirties needing orthodontic work and braces as well as major facial surgery. Dr Siva and his team were very accommodating, and worked closely with the maxillofacial surgeon to achieve an excellent result for me. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

My daughter has been a patient here for 3 years. The professionalism and expertise of both Dr Siva and his staff cannot be praised enough! My daughter’s mouth needed a lot of work as her teeth were visibly out of alignment and she had a serious over bite. The difference now is amazing. This practice is committed to the welfare of their patients and are compassionate in their approach. I cannot praise them enough for the excellent work they have done on my daughter. Highly skilled and dedicated to excellent results!

We had a frustrating experience at Orthodontics on Berrigan. Staff were very friendly when we were about to sign up and once we had signed on the dotted line we were treated poorly, in some consultations not even spoken to, and often we would go in and come out with screws or wires that we had no idea were going to be put on. The icing on the cake was the day we went to have the braces taken off. We had been told 6 weeks prior they were coming off much to our great excitement we counted the days only to be told on the auspicious morning that it would be another 3 weeks before they could come off. It was very apparent that there had been a miscommunication between staff and I was asked if I had something more important to do in 3 weeks (as if it was my problem) so I told Dr Siva that I did not but my 13 year old was disappointed as they were meant to come off today!!! Arrogant, rude and fake would sum up our experience and I have been telling friends not to use Orthodontics on Berrigan. I know of 5 families that also went there and had same and worse experiences.
