Top experience with Mister Minit in Queens Plaza - really expensive pair of shoes that I realised were just a little too tight after I purchased them so needed stretching - now fit perfectly and not at all damaged (the style of the shoe made them tricky to stretch). I would recommend and return to Queens Plaza Mister Minit.

Do not get anything engraved here! I bought a silver frame from David Jones, brought it to the owner/operator here and he made so many scratches on the frame. Refused to acknowledge that it was his work which caused it, used glass cleaner to try get it out which made it worse and then raised his voice at me and told me to never come back if I’m not happy! Absolutely unacceptable. I should have known better when I arrived and saw him reading a book - good engraving/shoe repair places are always so busy but he had no work. I’ve learnt for next time!
