Concerned about the impact of expelling disabled children by deregistration. Vulnerable families seem to be targeted by only one person- Madonna Foggarty who ignores family suffering. Minister is told families are not abiding by framework despite complaints that the framework is faulty. This is the equivalent of punishing one one in a wheelchair for not running a marathon on two feet. This department in time will be investigated. Deregistration is applied in retrospect which is the same as expelling a child in year ten back to year 8. No where in the education system does this happen. No where in the system has one person got so much power to be so destructive.
