BATS Bathrooms

We were alerted of water leaking in our showers when we re-laid our flooring. We had then obtained a couple of quotes before approaching Rhys of BATS Bathrooms, who was straightforward and clear with his diagnosis of our problems and the way to fix them. Thus, instead of opting for a short-term solution, we opted for a complete refurbishment of two of our three bathrooms. Rhys put Marty to project plan the refurbishment process from demolition, waterproofing, tiling to fixtures installation; and he was the person we turned to with all our queries, whose prompt response cleared our doubts. He made a couple of site visits to ensure work would progress smoothly, and personally gave directions to his colleagues on the day work began. The relevant tradesmen punctually turned up at seven each morning, and were all very friendly and efficient in their work (for example, realigning the pipework to fit our new vanities and showers, and installing new downlights). We would like to thank Tim the carpenter for looking after some important small details that we have missed and Chris the tiler for additionally repairing a few tiles in our kitchen. Voila, ten working days later, not only has our water-leaking problem been fixed, we also have two bathrooms rejuvenated with professionally tiled walls and floor and new fixtures. Many thanks to you guys at BATS Bathrooms! We will give our unreserved recommendation to anyone looking for a facelift for their bathrooms.

Its allowed me to place more focus on the quality of work where most other carpentry companys want the job completed as quickly as possible so you can hurry to the next job.nHaving this focus on quality over speed and being a family company that values their employees just as much as their customers makes it a great place to work.

We used BATS 2 years ago to redo 2 bathrooms. I can’t recommend them enough!! Their tradesman are professional, friendly and most importantly arrive when they say they will! 2 years later we called them back for a couple of minor adjustments (such as some missing grout around a door and a fixer to be tightened) and they happily came back to sort it out for us. We got our bathroom fully renovated September 2019 and couldn't be happier with the finished job. All the tradesmen were excellent with a special thank you to Ash the tiles are just fantastic. I found Bats Bathrooms to be very professional and all work was completed on time. I highly recommend this company. Thanks again for a great renovation.

We had our bathrooms done with BATS and we couldn't be happier. It was a rather stressful experience after we discovered that our bathroom was leaking and hadn't been waterproofed properly when the house was built. The boys from BATS helped us through everything. A big thanks to Dave for explaining things 100 times to us so we understood and to Rhys for helping with everything from tile choice to stress management! We've just bought a new house and will be getting them back again.
