We recently used Ryan for our pre-purchase pest inspection. Ryan was very thorough. We ended up being unwell and so unable to attend the inspection with him, which made us a little bit nervous, but we definitely didn't need to be - he called us and went through absolutely everything with us on the phone, and then emailed through his very detailed report that same evening. Ryan did a thorough job of inspecting the property we wished to buy. I particularly remember his Termites 101 talk he gave me as he walked me through his report. I learned a lot about what to look out for and what kind of protection mechanisms to put in as an owner. Although the report was very well written, I rang him after he gave me the report and he was very helpful in walking me through findings.

Ryan was punctual, professional and his communication skills were first class. Ryan was recommended by Action Property Investigations who conducted the building inspection on a property we were considering for purchase. Whilst it cost more than having the one inspector who does both building and pest it was worth the money for the level of detail in the two separate reports. Action Property Investigations report cost was $600 and Buzz Property Pest Protectors were $290. Based on the building report we did not proceed with the contract however I will use them both on the next property we find.
