Took part from machine , did not hear from at all did not answer text or email or phone.Totally useless and still has the part (motherboard) will be taking this further if not solved. Kevin Ebert

Paid $250 for a service because my elliptical was making noise. He said he replaced a few ball bearings that were causing the issue. Several days after the repair, the elliptical started making a noise like a ball bearing was dropping and rolling with each revolution of the pedals, plus some other awful noise, so that it was actually louder than before the repair. Tried for weeks to contact the owner, called 3 times and left 4 SMS messages only to never receive a response. Should have read these reviews first since he’s done the same thing to other customers. Avoid!!!!

Very disappointed with this business. We had our treadmill repaired, which was not cheap, and were told it was now in good working condition only to have it fail to turn on within two weeks. We have tried to call numerous times, left messages and texts with no contact.
