The gym is nothing to write home about - no changing room, and it always has a headache-inducing smell of rubber or new carpet or something. But the worst thing was their billling. During the three months I was with them, not one of my direct debit payments was correct. Not only that, but I had to chase them over and over to try and fix it. They never bothered to return calls or emails. Even after I had cancelled my membership, my final payment was wrong! Blaming PaySmart is no excuse as it's their responsibility to manage third party relationships. They have a lot to learn about customer service.
