I injured my lower back a few months ago and reluctantly had to slow down. I went to see Dave and he understood my needs and where I wanted to be. He provided personalised at home exercises which gave me a recovery plan, goals to reach and made the recovery process much more bearable. Dave is professional, friendly and absolutely knows his stuff. I highly recommend these guys :)

The team at leaders were super friendly and professional. Dave treated my shoulder after an injury from the gym. He was very professional and precise and explained everything to me carefully and helped worked through the injury with me and made the recovery process very stress free. Definitely recommend to visit them if you also work or live near the city - they also have a great new modern looking clinic!

I started seeing these guys about 6 months ago because I had a workplace injury. It has been one of the best decisions I have made for my both my health. The physios at this place (David and Cameron) are very knowledgeable and personable. I have mostly worked with David on strength based treatment, and it has been great. I highly recommend them.

The quality and professionalism of Cameron at Leaders Physio far exceeded my expectations. A combination of knowledge, enthusiasm and a genuine care of his clients allowed me to finally eliminate shoulder pain which, prior to visiting Leaders, had been causing me pain for a year. I was so impressed with this progress that I continued to see Cameron in order to work on an ankle mobility issue that I have dealt with for well over 10 years and essentially given up trying to fix. Just as the with the shoulder, my expectations were once again exceeded. I have seen significant improvement to the point that I have almost gained full ankle mobility within a short period of treatment.

Great location, awesome service. It's such a pleasure moment to take a break and quickly attend the appointment just by walk. The friendly staff and environment makes the whole treatment so relaxing and hassles free. Best physio experience ever!!
