Nice Service, Very secure storage facility with friendly and helpful staff!

I was unsure how the self storage thing was going to work out, I was selling a house and needed to themporartily declutter. I contacted a few places near where i lived and Amanda came across as prompt and professional and honest. I've read a few other reviews about cheap rates to get you in with other storage places, then a huge rate jump... NONE of that happened with Jandakot Self Storage. The whole experience was actually really pleasant, I couldn't fault it... it was ashamed to leave, but we had sold our house and the time had come to move it all to our new 'bigger' house :) All the paperwork was done online via email, seamless... and payment options were good, direct deposit or CC over the phone. I ended up with 3 units in my time there, 2 small and a medium, all were clean, secure and weather proof so again A+++ If you are looking for storage south of the river, I'd recommend, it's a really smooth and well operated operation.
