Fragile Removals/Smooth Movers have been very professional and responsive both during the booking period, throughout the actual move and at the conclusion of service. Emails and phone calls have been hastily and efficiently answered and the crew who actually moved us were just as helpful. Texted prior to arrival, took great care of our goods and then respectfully moved them into our new address. I highly recommend Fragile Removals/Smooth Movers to anyone who wants an expert job done at a reasonable price. We will of course be using their services again if ever we should move. What a great removals company! Their pricing was fair, staff were friendly, job was done very quickly and they kept me in the know as my furniture was going interstate. I will definitely use them for future moves in Perth and would happily advise others to do the same.

Posting on behalf of tech challenged friends. Would rate no stars if able to. Two hours late arriving. Downsizing so a lot of furniture to be left in situ, and still took 10 hours to relocate a prepared and fully packed house 7kms. Brought the wrong sized truck. Only brought in and placed the few pieces of furniture and left all labelled boxes in the garage, despite specifically being requested not to. (relocators aged 66 & 74). Their cleaners took 7 hours to clean despite only being asked to clean 3 bathrooms and all floors. Carpet cleaning (separate from general cleaning above) was only done in exposed areas, no furniture moved, requiring further effort on owners part. Final price was double the expected cost. All complaints and requests for refunds have been ignored.

All the gentlemen that moved my furniture were wonderful. Wrapped all my bed head in wrap before going into blankets, my brand new fridge arrived totally undamaged, everything surviving the long 3500km journey across the country. I packed all my own belongings really well. They were on time for collection and delivery, called and texted when on their way. Free storage in Melbourne helped me have time to find a new property. Couldn't recommend enough.
