Fantastic service & modern clean caravan with everything we needed & more! As first time ‘caravanners’ with 3 small children we were a bit unsure about how to do everything but the gentleman at uneeda caravan hire was very thorough in giving us a run down, showing us everything & answering any questions we had. We were also graciously given some gifts to start our holiday off which was a lovely touch. We had a modern, clean, well maintained caravan which was easy to set up/ pack down & our whole family loved being in it. We will definately hire from Uneeda again & wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to friends & family!

I was pretty stressed before a big family vacation last month. Uneeda Caravan made everything so easy to organise. Their staff were so friendly and willing to help me out that I would definitely recommend these guys to everyone, they made my life a lot easier!

Really disappointed with the customer service from uneeda caravan hire. When we returned our van we washed it inside and out but were charged $80 from our bond as the fridge was not 'clean'. We explained we wiped it down & that any mess was because we dropped the van back on a Sunday & the freezer/ fridge would have defrosted after being unplugged therefore by the time they saw it on Monday morning at their yard it would have needed another wipe down. We were told that they expected us to take the fridge apart & clean it & that we should have read the t&c's. We were told they could charge us $150 but were doing us a favour by only charging $80 for what would have taken them 5 mins to wipe with a dry clothe. We also had wing mirrors in which the customer service person fitted/ screwed on to our existing mirrors. One of these fell off & the mirror broke, we explained what happened & they called me a liar & that they have never had one fall off & wanted to deduct a further $125 for a new set. I jumped up & down and we didn't have to pay the fee. All in all we are disappointed because we would have potentially used these guys again for our next holiday mid year but now there's no chance in the world.
