The Smooth Movers, Removalists Perth

We moved within the same suburb this week. Could not be more happy with our choice of The Smooth Movers. Fabio and Nick punctual, efficient, polite, friendly and moved some very large furniture items very skilfully. I felt the cost was also very reasonable - our move cost us less than $1000 😊 Many thanks and happy to recommend.

I've used smooth Movers 3 times, and they're the hardest working and fastest movers that I've seen. The bottle neck in your move will most probably be other factors like your building's lift, parking restrictions, etc but smooth Movers will find a way around it all. They're also probably the most cost effective service (3 years straight) based on my research. Keep doing what you're doing Smooth Movers - mad props!

I hired Smooth Movers for a small move today and it started out well but went very bad at the end. The move was expected to take less 2 hours and after 1 hour we were almost done unloading at the drop off address. They asked me to pay at that point and I knew it was a min of 2 hours which was fine but they had also added an additional 15 mins to the time. The driver said they needed 20mins to unload the last 5 items in the truck and then time to drive back to the depot. Despite having an hour to go they decided this would somehow take 1 hour and 15 mins to complete. After talking to the boss on the phone it was sorted and 2 hours was all that was charged. The problem was while this was being dealt with by the boss, the driver was very rude and abusive about not getting paid the extra 15 mins. He insulted me using profanity, which was reported to his boss although I didn't want it taken any further as I just wanted him to pull his head in. The other mover was very professional. Up until the last part of the move, I would have had no hesitation recommending them but after the BS at the end, I would be very hesitant to recommend and instead advise caution. I also timed the last 5 items being unloaded and it took them 3 mins so I believe they were just trying to rip me off and so I'm glad I stuck to my guns.
