Friendly staff, and very professional tradement and suggestion for my recovery exercise/practice.

After a couple of visits to the team at Move Osteopathy my shoulder is already starting to feel a whole lot better. I'd injured it from over-use in a home-based athletics program without proper technique and adequate warm-up.nnI was initially sceptical how much help I'd really get but super happy with the level of professionalism and care I received.
