It was a bit hard to spot at first but once inside the staff made me feel as welcome as a regular.nnI was there to try the 45 minute remedial massage to see what they could do about some back pain I'd been experiencing. The staff did really well with trying to understand my case with efficient and friendly questions.nnNext step was the massage which was direct and effective. There was no pulling punches but it's what my body needed and I feel much better writing this a couple days down the track. Had a great chat with the staff about life during the massage as well.nnTo conclude the session the staff offered their opinion on the lifestyle factors that they saw that contributed to the problem and what to do prevent it coming back.nnTheir service made me feel like they genuinely wanted to connect with and understand their customers. Couple that with their sizeable knowledge in their field, I will definitely be going back in the future.

Julian is very professional and knowledgeable, going above and beyond to get to the bottom of your health issues. Best remedial massage I've ever had. He even advised me of some simple yet effective techniques to prevent migraines. I always feel better when I walk out the door. Highly recommend this place!

Melita is not only very experienced and knowledgeable, but her treatment's approach reflects her deep understanding in the human body. After only one session I felt the best I had in over a year, I highly recommend her. I also had a massage with Simon, who listened to what I wanted and worked with my needs, which it's not as common among therapists. Great experience.
