Bupa Dedicated Medical Assessment

I saw the previous review and was really really nervous about doing my visa medical. I just want to say, that if you're coming here in Brisbane to do it, please do not worry. Everybody is super nice. Here's a run down I wish somebody had given me:nCheck in with your passport and request form/HAP IDnBe given a number for when they call you into each sectionnYou'll be given a clipboard with your forms and passport attached as well as keys to a locker and access to a changing room. You only need to change into a temporary medical top, no full gown, and no going full naked (Unless for some reason they needed to request that for some reason)nYou just sit down, get called, sit down, get called, sit down, get called, then leave.nGenerally, if yours is basic, it will be like mine where you first do a chest x-ray, which is very quick, you just stand in front of a box, breath in, and it's done in under a minute. The second call in is for a general check, height, weight, blood pressure, having blood drawn for testing/HIV test and a urine sample. Third call in is a general check up, listing any conditions or medication, listen to your heart, your lungs, press around your body etc.nnAfter seeing the 1 star review, I thought it'd be a good idea to leave my own so that nobody else goes into it feeling as nervous and unsure as I did. Everybody whom I spoke to was very very nice, and the whole thing was done within 45 minutes.

They working pace is better under COVID visitor limits. Now you spend less time on waiting.

I hope everyone in bupa should be aware. I had x-ray test on February, I submitted result request twice because I hadn’t received the result. I need the result to attend the doctor appointment. I have been call bupa health centre more than four times in the last few months. Nobody followed up my case!!!!! Every time I called I needed to repeat everything because they don’t provide reference number.!!!!! Every time the staff say they would follow up which gave me a little hope, even though one staff said my case was escalated and the manager would contact me, but nothing happened in the next few weeks. Without x-ray result, I just keep delaying the doctor appointment!!!!!!! Don’t you think this service is a disaster?????
