Frankly I didn't have high expectations given my inquiry was well outside of the area a consulate would normally deal with, or their area of responsibility.nnI called after their normal business hours expecting to hear a recorded message, however the phone was answered quickly by a helpful staff member, Momo. She took the time to understand my inquiry and identified the colleagues who may best be able to help.nnAndrew from the consulate called me the next morning, having already read the documents we emailed through and conducted his own research. He was able to guide us to how to best resolve our issue and took time to go over everything with us.nnThank you Momo and Andrew, my expectations were well exceeded, and I appreciate the commitment to your clients. Congrats to whomever is managing the consulate for creating a client-centric culture - it would have been easy to dismiss my inquiry.

I was expecting a bad experience after reading the other reviews but it was the exact opposite. They will help you with everything you need. It only took about 5 minutes and the woman handling my application was one of the nicest people you will ever meet.
