Usually pretty good service although yesterday the guy at the counter snatched my money and threw my change at me and it wasn't even busy not that that's any excuse oh and he was wearing earbuds while serving.

I am extremely disappointed with the service which has been declining in the last few months.nI go to this particular store 3 to 4 times a week to fill my car or purchase an food items.nOn many occasions the weman have been extremely slow to press the button that allows me to put petrol in my car.This has been happening when there are 2 to 5 people in the whole area. At these times the lady is just very slow to walk and attend the desk. Restocking shelves that don't need to be restocked at that particular time and customers waiting for longer than needed.nI went to order coffee and paid for it before I went to the coffee machine and the teller didn't tell me that she was cleaning it. After serving 2 customers she came took the cleaning sign off didn't apologise for the inconvenience. I was left there for an extended 15minutes waiting to she could complete her first task.nI have been going to other petrol stations cause of the lack of good customer service.nI hope that employees are given the opportunity to learn how to take pride in thier jobs and have better professional approach to all customers.nA disappointed customer.
