The Complete Pet Company

I came into the Complete Pet Company last week to enquire about changing my dog over to a raw diet. The staff were amazing. They explained everything in terms I could understand and I was blown away by their knowledge on diet and behaviour. This is something I have never experienced anywhere before. They were friendly, helpful and more than willing to answer all of my concerns. It has only been a week since my visit and I have noticed a difference in my dog already, he loves his food. I will certainly be recommending this company to all my friends and family.

I went to this shop because of the high quality, ethically sourced food. It was recommended to me because one of my dogs has some serious health issues. What I found at the shop was so much more. I discovered a whole new way of thinking about dogs; their health, behaviour, communication, what makes them happy and what causes them stress. I came to realise I had misinterpreted some of my dogs' behaviours and had been doing things that I now wish I hadn't (eg ball chasing).nAs I learnt more about Jenny's philosophical approach to how dogs should live, and how we should allow them to be dogs, I realised I had found someone whose knowledge and views really resonated with me. I value Jenny's educational approach, her willingness to share information and offer advice.nFrom the moment I walked into the store Jenny challenged my preconceived ideas and assumptions, she questioned my choices and forced me to re-evaluate many aspects of my dogs' lives. I understood it comes from a place of caring very deeply about dogs, and wanting the best for them, it is not about me.nAfter just a few weeks, my dogs are happier, calmer, less stressed, they are living more enriched lives with more joy and contentment. Which, of course, all has a positive impact on their health.nI am so glad I found Jenny and her wonderful team, I only wish I had found them earlier.

I’m not sure that I have ever been in a shop where the staff are as passionate about what they do. Everything is geared towards pet health and wellness and educating owners (without preaching) to make the right choices.

I have been purchasing raw patties for my 8yr old pug who developed a skin condition for approx. 6months from this store and the service from the younger lady often found at the service counter has been warm & welcoming.nnUnfortunately today when my husband visited the store to purchase patties for our 2 pugs, our female who has recently had a littler (yes, we are registered breeders) what he was met with was absolutely disgusting.nnI'm unsure how as the store owner you believe you are entitled to lecture another grown adult (a customer no less) for 45mins as a response to a simple request regarding feeding raw food to pups. I can appreciate a difference in opinion, this however was pure bullying, a dressing down of another individual in a public store that was completely unwarranted and unprovoked. Last time i checked you are not a qualified veterinarian nor one of the many reputable dog shelters that all advocate for when a pup can leave its mother or how to care for & breed dogs safely, both of which we have spent years obtaining advice from and adhering to in an effort to ensure our female pug is healthy and safe and that our pups go to loving homes.nnAbsolutely disgusting, another customer lost due to horrible customer service and a poor attitude.
